Who we are
Prayog is made by Mazwelt Technologies, No. 561, 2nd Floor, P&T Colony, RT Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032. You can reach us at info@mazwelt.com.
This website
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
The demo request form
When you send a request, we store what you enter: your name, email, phone number, institution, role, city and state if given, the kits and number of computers you mention, your message and the page you sent it from. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a quote, and keep it until you ask us to delete it.
The Prayog app
To activate a computer, the app sends our licence server the licence key, the computer's name, its Windows version, the app version and a fingerprint calculated from the computer's hardware identifiers (a one-way hash, not the identifiers themselves). When it renews its licence it sends the fingerprint and the app version. It also checks our update server for new releases.
Student data
Student profiles, runs, readings, quiz answers and notes stay on the lab computer. They are not sent to us.
Your choices
