How Prayog works in your college
From the order to the first practical: what you choose, what gets installed, and what happens after.

Choose kits and computers
Your licence lists the kits you want and the number of lab computers that may use them, from a start date and, if you like, to an end date. One licence key covers the whole order.
- 02
Install and activate
Install Prayog once on each lab computer; every Windows account on it can use it. The first time it opens, enter the licence key. That computer then holds one of the licence's seats.

Students start
A student picks or adds their profile and opens a kit. No accounts, no email, no passwords. Runs, readings and quiz answers are saved on that computer.
- 04
Prayog keeps itself current
Each computer renews its licence in the background whenever it is online, and installs new releases as they come out, after an administrator approves the Windows prompt.

Replacing a computer
Moving Prayog to a new computer? Ask us to release the old computer's seat, and activate the new one with the same key.

Where student data lives
Student profiles, runs, readings, quiz answers and notes are stored on the lab computer, for each Windows user separately. Our licence server only knows which computers hold your licence: their name, Windows version and a fingerprint made from their hardware, so a key cannot be copied to other computers.
